Forest Heath
Forest Heath District Council had previously created a series of ‘Reach Out’ guides, briefly detailing the services of offer in its towns of Brandon, Mildenhall and Newmarket. Following the warm reception of the Health Services in Haverhill guide, the CCG worked with the council to expand the scope of the original guides to include more services and replicate the successful format across the towns of Forest Heath.
Health service guides were produced in Nov 2014 for Brandon, Mildenhall and Newmarket.
