About Healthwatch Suffolk
Healthwatch Suffolk helps shape and influence local health and social care services. It finds out what you think about services and then uses those views to shape and improve them. The best services are built around the needs and experiences of the people who use them. It also provides information and signposting to help you navigate the health and social care system and understand what to do when things go wrong.
Healthwatch Suffolk has the strength of the law and the national influence of Healthwatch England behind it. The people who run and pay for health and care services must respond to its concerns explaining what action they will take, or why they are not taking action.
